UWC Austria is a voluntary association made up of former UWC students and their families. The main task of UWC Austria is to nominate applicants for the various UWC schools & colleges and to accompany them on their way to their UWC school or college and beyond. In addition to the annual selection of scholarship holders, UWC Austria is also involved in many other areas:

Tasks

• Selecting students, awarding scholarships and nominations to UWC schools & colleges
• Making UWC better known in Austria
• Supporting existing scholarship providers, sponsors and donors
• Promoting contacts between members (network meetings)
• Maintain ongoing exchange with UWC schools & colleges and UWC International
• Organisation of UWC short courses
